Also at another time the aforementioned King Roger sent his Admiral Salerno with his fleet to Romania, who found a very great fleet of the Emperor at Capud Malee, and there he fought manfully, and he took the Messenger of the Despot, the commander of the fleet and the kinsman of the Emperor, together with many others, as captives to Sicily.
