(7) So where are these peoples with the Hungri, whose names at least or whose territories are unknown? As for the fact that they supposedly hold bows and arrows in their hands and have lances in the following passages, do only the Hungri use this kind of weaponry? Almost all peoples of the East and the South, but also several other peoples, rely on this type of armament, but the Philistines are also very good with arrows. We read that "Saul was wounded by archers" and about David we read that when he became king he "gave orders to teach the sons of Judah the bow" so that they would learn to fight the Philistines with the same weaponry.
