Qui de persona sua haldiones sunt, si aliqua conpellatio facta fuerit patronus eius eum defendat aut per sagramentum aut per pugnam qualis causa fecerit |

If any charge is brought against those who are aldii in their persons, their patron shall defend them either by oath or combat according to the nature of the case.
