In nomine domine nostri iesu christi qualiter iuxta deum et animae nostrae salutem et omnium nostrorum rectum nobis paruit esse una cum nostris iudicibus ut homines potentes et pauperes qui suam quaerunt iustitiam minime faitgentur. |

In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and in such manner as is according to God, for the salvation of our own souls and the souls of all our people, it seems right to us, together with our judges, in order that all men, the powerful as well as the poor, who seek justice, may not be put off at all.
