Summary |
Astulf, No. 13 establishes that a Lombard with no sons can reward a daughter who has served him well, in the same manner as previously established for sons. That is, if he has two daughters, one may be rewarded with up to a third of his property, if he has three daughters with up to a quarter of his property and so forth. |
