Text Mysticorum expositiones sacramentorum seu Quaestiones in Vetus Testamentum (624 - 636) Isidore of Seville
Translation He therefore, when he offers to the office of marriage, the roaring lion meets him. But who was first to meet Samson killing the lion, when he went to the foreigners for the sake of finding a wife, unless Christ, who was to call the Church from the gentiles, defeating the devil, saying: Rejoice, for I have conquered the world?
