Quotation |
Si quis cum ancilla gentile [native] fornicatus fuerit, conponat domino eius solidos viginti; si cum romana ancilla, conponat solidi duodecim. |
Translation |
If anyone has intercourse with a native woman slave, he shall pay twenty solidi as composition to her lord. If he fornicates with a Roman woman slave, he shall pay twelve solidi as composition.

Summary |
